Throughout the Scottish election campaign, prospective parliamentary candidates will be out campaigning in the local constituencies they wish to represent – including yours! They may knock on your door, or you may see them out and about. This is an ideal time to raise the issues that matter to you whether you are an adoptee, an adopter or a family member. Please consider asking your parliamentary candidates if they will commit to one or more of the pledges in our Scottish election manifesto.

• Ring-fenced, permanent funding for therapeutic support
• Consistent adoption support that is lifelong, including implementation of the commitments made in the Adoption Vision Statement
• Recognition of the lifelong impact of FASD and a commitment to deliver support
