Find out more and apply Adopter Development Officer - Yorkshire & Humber Part time 13 Hours Per Week Grade 3 (£23,258) Per annum FTE Closing date 22nd June 2026 Do you have experience as an adopted parent, and live in South Yorkshire? We want to hear from you! We are looking for an Adopter Development Officer to gather the views of adoptive families from within the Yorkshire and Humber region on adoption practice and feed them into the Regional Adoption Agencies to develop services within Adoption UK. The post holder will represent adoptive families on relevant boards and groups, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. A key responsibility of this role is to provide meaningful feedback to stakeholders including Local Authorities, Voluntary Adoption Agencies and adoptive families. Additionally, the role supports the facilitation of targeted forum discussions, contributes to the production of reports and presentations on regional adoption practices, and assists the manager with project work as required.
