Take on the 100k in May challenge and make every kilometre count for families connected by adoption.

Throughout May, challenge yourself to cover 100km your way, whether that’s walking, running, cycling, swimming, wheeling or mixing it up. If you are already taking part in a distance event this May, why not sign up to our challenge too and choose to support Adoption UK as part of your journey?

Do it solo, with friends and family, or cover the distance as a team, and raise vital funds to help Adoption UK support adopted children, young people and their families with the understanding, community and specialist support they need to thrive.

Track your distance, share your progress and celebrate every step along the way. However you move, your kilometres can help change lives.

RAISE FUNDS FOR AUK

Fundraising: Minimum £100

Free AUK T-shirt: When you raise £30

We ask that you raise a minimum of £100 — £1 for each kilometre covered. Raise £30 to receive your free AUK T-shirt, then keep going if you want to challenge yourself further and make an even bigger difference.

Make it a family challenge!

100K in May is a brilliant way to get the whole family involved while supporting Adoption UK. If 100k feels a bit much for younger participants, you can complete the distance together as a family by combining your total kilometres to reach 100k.

If you’d like to take part this way, simply choose one adult to complete the sign-up form, then email [email protected] with the T-shirt sizes for the rest of your group. Once you reach your first £30, we’ll make sure everyone receives a special Adoption UK T-shirt.

"What inspired me to fundraise for Adoption UK was seeing how important a support network was for my uncles when they adopted my cousin. I wanted to play my small part in helping others through adoption by running the marathon. I loved every minute of the process, and it was a pleasure raising awareness and funds for AUK!"
